How to Be a Powerful Communicator
If a prospect asks you a question,
one simple thing you can do is to pause and think for 1 – 2 seconds before you reply back.
This makes you proactive in your thinking instead of reactive.
If you need more time,
you can always ask your prospect to repeat their question
and this will buy you more time to answer the question.
Build a Connection
The key to being a good communicator is connection.
and people will feel connected with you if they feel they have something in common with you.
Think about close friends or people you like.
You like them because you have something in common.
A good communicator is able to find commonality quickly.
Here are 3 simple rules that can help you
1 ) Keep your message short and brief, 1-2 sentences
Common Mistake: people type or talk too much. You want to keep it simple.
2 ) Always want to end with a question to keep the conversation flowing and take an action.
For example:
“I had an awesome day. How is your day?”
3 ) When you start the message, start with commonality.
Example: Mention a post they shared or a sports team you both have in common.
You can use this to better connect with prospects,
and it can be implemented in warm markets or cold markets, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, or whatever platform you use.

Stop focusing on the Results
Focus on the ACTIVITY instead
→ Start small and take 1 small step ➡️ in the right direction today
and then take another small step tomorrow ➡️➡️
and then another small step ➡️➡️➡️ the day after that
and then again and again and again! ➡️➡️➡️➡️
Little small steps done consecutively leads to massive results in the future. ➡️➡️➡️➡️↗️⬆️
