Since we started this MLM Success Podcast back in 2015 there is no topic that I have covered more than overcoming fear. Truth be known, my entire Programming Your Mind for Success Course is centered around developing new brain patterns to replace patterns of fear. The truth is that once you understand how your DNA creates fear, the only thing you can do is take action. Like my friend Michael Penland has always said “The Action Takers are the MONEY Makers”.
I know from working with thousands of people who have gone through this course over the years, that fear can be replaced with unstoppable confidence.
The first step to over coming fear is understanding that when we are in uncomfortable situations the need to fight, flight or freeze is built into our DNA. Those impulses our in our DNA to protect us. The only way to replace those brain cell patterns are to build new ones and that is really the focus of the PYM Course.
I think it is real important that you understand the only way to eliminate fear is action. We teach our team a concept by Mel Robbins called 5-4-3-2-1- GO. If you are not familiar with this technique, you can learn more about this here.
But please don’t breeze over this concept. You get no benefits from reading about push-ups, it takes action, and in mlm the action takers are the money makers.
To overcome fear you first must decide that you are going to, and understand what is going on with your own DNA, and then take action.
